Eurovision Song Contest

After I made the mistake of thinking that Tone Damli AAberget was this years contribution from Norway in the Eurovision song contest, I am posting this. I am very curious what your opinions are, so please take the time to watch and comment it. Please be honest, no offence taken.:o)

Home and sick...

On Sunday I felt something tingeling when I was breathing, and on Monday it came out in full force. My air ways are infested with a virus or something, and I keep trying to caugh of a lung or two.:o( My imune system is quiet powerful as I have only got the flu once in my entire life, I usually only get a mild form of a cold and I can go to work with a leaking nose. But not this time unfortunatly.
So now I am trying to get rid of this by eating/ drinking mother natures medicines; seal oil capsules, rudbeckia drops and peppermint etherial(?) oil. The peppermint oil is very good when I start caughing badly.:o)
This weekend we are going to drive up north to Trysil, and ride our snowmobiles. It is the most incredible snow conditions ever and I am sick! I cannot belive this! I hope so much that I get better so I can drive at least on Sunday. Or else I am very tempted to screw being healthy, ride as much as I can, and be sick all next week as well. These snow condiotions are like the type we will have to wait another 10 - 15 years for to happen again, most likely. It will be pretty darn stupid of me not to go. Don't you agree?

We sure got enough snow now

Summer, and how it looks today when I went out the
door this morning. It snowed all night till Saturday, and
all day as well. This is the resault, we now got 1 meter!


The trees are heavy loaded, even though the
snow is like dust, not wet at all.


The hedge is like a snow wall more or less. LOL!

The big pile on the left is from the snow plow,

look at how big it is. It's at least 2 meters high.

These girls play some of the most beautiful music on glasses. It takes a moment before they play some songs in the finals on a TV show: Norwegian talents. And these girls do have lots of talents. I want them to play at my wedding!

Got some yarn

Today I was at my grandma's 75th b-day party. It was rather nice to see ppl from my family there that I hadn't seen in like 5 years or so.:o)

Anyway, I also got some balls of yarn that I got for free. I have no recepie for socks so now I need some help from anybody. :o) I like the colors though.

Eurovision Song Contest

As many of you know here in Europe we celebrate an annual song contest. Over the many years we've won 2 times, latest time was in 1995 with the song Nocturne. It is a very special song and I think everybody all ages like that song.:o) Probably why it won.

In my country we call the contest Melody Grand Prix and mostly families with young ones and gay guys watch the show. Mostly because it has become such a show off thing, not entirely the song contest it used to be.

Anyway, here is the song we won with (first) then the song we will contribute with this year. Tone, the singer in this year's song, was in our Idol show but she didn't win. Still she's got a record contract and is now ready for the show in May.:o)
